Many RasaAndishan Mowj Pardaz customers, having become familiar with the company's capabilities, have continued working with us to this day. When we asked them, directly and indirectly, why this was so, we received the following answers.

• We take responsibility. We have never left a customer on their own after a purchase. We have always asked customers for feedback on the quality of our products and have consistently followed up on their satisfaction.
• Our product specifications are accurate. For example, we list the frame read rate of the RA⁠-⁠LSC⁠-⁠1304⁠-⁠I camera as 270 lines per second. This is exactly the figure given in the datasheets of the foreign equivalents of this product. Our customers have verified this.
• Our after-sales service is good. For example, after a sale we have exchanged a product for a different model without deducting anything from its purchase price.
• We keep our word. Whenever we have promised a customer a specific delivery date, we have always met it.
