RasaAndishan advanced photo-finish system
Through the round-the-clock efforts of RasaAndishan's specialists, an advanced photo finish system was designed in March 2023 and built in November 2023. The system uses an advanced Iranian-made Photo Finish Camera. By the grace of God, Successful tests of this system at Gonbad-e Kavus, the home of horse racing in Iran, and at the Yazd equestrian complex، مورد تأیید مجریان برگزاری مسابقات هیئت سوارکاری این دو استان قرار گرفته است. در این سیستم، راستای سمت و ارتفاع را در نرم‌افزار کنترل می‌کنید. فوکوس و شاتر مکانیکی را هم در نرم‌افزار تنظیم می‌کنید. آینه و خط پایان خیلی آسان تنظیم می‌شوند. فناوری لوکس بوست هم در آن به کار رفته است. با این ویژگی‌ها، این سیستم ایرانی یکی از سیستم‌های فتوفینیش موفق در جهان است. در شکل زیر نمونه‌ای از تصاویر گرفته‌شده در یکی از میدان‌های اسب‌دوانی کشور را می‌بینید.

Sometimes several competitors cross the finish line almost at the same time. At these moments, the judge's eye cannot identify the winner with confidence. In such races, the finish line photo is the most important evidence for judging.
A finish camera records only the fixed finish line. Each part of a competitor's body appears in the image as it crosses the line. The horizontal position of each point in the photo shows the crossing time. That is why the judge can read both the finishing order and each competitor's exact time from a single image. This method has its roots in strip photography.
RasaAndishan Mowj Pardaz is the first manufacturer of photo finish systems in Iran. Model 1000 is the basic version of the system and uses a manual M42 lens. Model 2000 uses Canon electronic lenses and Lux Boost technology. Model 3000 has all the features of Model 2000. On this model, the mirror and finish line are set up in less than 20 seconds.
