Design and manufacture of a thermal camera for molten materials

نخستین دوربین ترموویژن صنعتی ساخت ایران برای تعیین دقیق دمای شیشه مذاب در یکی از کارخانه‌های استان کرمان نصب و راه‌اندازی شد. این camera, with the trade name RA-ThermaPro-640X از یک حسگر LWIR بهره می‌برد. این دوربین می‌تواند دمای کوره را از 810 تا 1550 درجه با دقت 3 درجه سانتی‌گراد اندازه‌گیری کند. برای دماهای دیگر هم فقط یک بار کالیبره کردن دوربین لازم است. کافی است بازه دمایی موردنظرتان را به کارشناسان شرکت اعلام کنید. آن‌ها در کمترین زمان ممکن دوربین ترموویژنی متناسب با همین بازه دمایی برایتان آماده می‌کنند. در حال تحقیق و توسعه بر روی دوربین ترموویژنی هستیم که دقت اندازه‌گیری آن تا دمای 2500 درجه سانتی‌گراد، 0.1 درجه است و به‌زودی از آن رونمایی خواهیم کرد.

What does a thermal camera do in industry?

Every object emits infrared radiation depending on its temperature. A thermal camera turns this radiation into a thermal image. This method is called thermography. You read the temperature of a furnace or molten metal from a distance, without touching it.

RasaAndishan designed and built the first long-wave infrared furnace thermal camera in Iran. The company's thermal cameras record, analyze and store thermal images live. The temperature range of these products is 20 to 2500 °C. This range can be customized on request. The camera output also connects to industrial automation and quality control software.

The sensor of the RasaAndishan furnace thermal camera has a resolution of 640 × 512 pixels. Its spectral response is 8 to 14 µm. The camera captures images at 40 Hz and connects to the computer over USB3. The Rainbow, IronBow and BlackHot color templates let you match the image display to your needs.

The rugged housing of these cameras lets them work in harsh industrial environments. They can be installed fixed or used as portable units.
